Sizing, Exchange & Refund Policy

Sizing Exchange

At TEEZZY, we are perfectionists, creating not only timeless pieces, but also durable, well-finished, and well-fitted outfits. We believe every client should get full value for every penny spent on our products.

However:

• We recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor for accuracy on bespoke orders.
• We strongly recommend being sure of your size before selecting from the ready-to-wear category. Please see our size guide for a better understanding.

Products are eligible for exchange provided that:

1. The outfit has never been worn.
2. You have not taken a picture in the outfit.
3. The outfit has not been washed or altered.
4. It is returned in its original state.
5. Original tags and packaging items remain intact.
6. Sale and discounted products cannot be exchanged.
7. When an exchange is accepted, the customer is responsible for the return/delivery cost, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
8. Items must be returned within 5 days within Nigeria, or 10 days outside Nigeria.

Note: Bespoke orders are not eligible for exchange or refund provided the client supplied the measurements. Once a design has been approved and production has started, a client cannot request a refund simply because they've changed their mind. However, if there is a genuine issue with the outfit, for example a significant manufacturing defect, or the finished piece materially differs from the agreed design, please contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the matter appropriately.

Refund

1. Refunds take 5 business days to process.
2. In case of a defect, an exchange will be made, no refund.
3. A refund can only be made if the product purchased has sold out and will not be restocked soon as at when your payment was received.
4. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
