These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Teezzy Couture website and the purchase of products and services from Teezzy Couture ("we," "us," or "our"), a menswear brand operating at 22 Agbe Road, Abule-Egba, Lagos, Nigeria. By browsing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through the site constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. An order is only confirmed once you receive an automated order confirmation and payment has been successfully processed.
2. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Orders
Bespoke garments are produced according to the measurements and specifications you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements submitted, whether self-recorded or taken during an in-atelier consultation. Because bespoke items are custom-made, they are not eligible for return, though a complimentary alteration is offered within 14 days of delivery as described in our FAQ.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways including Paystack, Flutterwave, Moniepoint, and Monify. Teezzy Couture does not store your full card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on your Order Tracking page but are not guaranteed, as they depend on production schedules and third-party logistics partners such as GIG Logistics, DHL, Uber, and Bolt. Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch to the delivery address provided.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Bespoke and made-to-measure items are final sale, subject to the alteration policy described above. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, photography, text, and the Teezzy Couture name and logo — is the property of Teezzy Couture and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teezzy Couture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
